We are pictured here celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii. We live on 5 acres west of Oshkosh, WI. We raised four children, Russell, David, Mark, and Kimberly....who gave us 10 grandchildren, Michelle, Duane, Teresa, Danielle, Zakary, Natasha, Crystal, Maya, India, and Aliyah.
I bought my first sheltie in 1978 after having had a pet collie for many years. Attending some fun matches, I caught the bug to show at AKC shows. I obtained a brood bitch, Spirit, that was already the dam to two champions, bred my first litter and finished my first American champion and as they say, I was hooked on dog shows.

My husband is supportive in helping feed and building anything I need for the dogs, but grooming and shows are not for him.
This is a hobby I love and once you have had a sheltie, it is pretty hard to live without one....or two....or....
I try to stay under 15 dogs as that is what I am comfortable with. I have 2 or 3 litters per year, do testing such as hips, eyes, vWD.

I am a 25 year member of the Oshkosh Kennel Club, a charter member of the Green Bay Shetland Sheepdog Club......and been an ASSA (American Shetland Sheepdog Association) member since 1986.
